Job Description:

As an outside consultant you will provide IT support to your assigned customers. Must have excellent customer service, time management skills and advanced troubleshooting skills. Must be a self motivator. Minimum 5 years experience in providing IT support to multiple clients. Must have reliable transportation. Compensation includes base salary and bonus payouts for utilization.

Responsible:

As a System Engineer you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting the Windows environment, Microsoft Exchange, Office Communication Server (OSC), SQL server and various other Microsoft server platforms.  In addition to troubleshooting and problem resolution of operating systems and hardware issues, the candidate will also be responsible for new systems design, testing, and deployment. Additional responsibilities include data protection (backup and anti-virus systems), infrastructure maintenance/support (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS WINS), and messaging support (Exchange Server 2007), Experience with Windows Server Operating Systems Windows 2003, Windows Server 2008), Active Directory and related infrastructure services, Windows 2003/2008 domain environments, IIS, Microsoft exchange Server, backup applications, and strong technical writing skills are required. Must demonstrate ability to implement Microsoft best practices, knowledge of routing, VPNs and TCP/IP essentials are necessary.
